The solution covers the tasks related to the handling of warning signals and the regular monitoring tasks related to clients, loans and other exposures. Besed on different criteria it can generate early warnings and follow-up the selected cases based on these.

The aim is the early screening of the problematic clients / transactions, thus providing the opportunity to prevent bad debts.

Both the automatic and the manual tasks can be channelled into a workflow, and the starting of each task can be linked to easily parameterizable events. Roles, responsibilities, authorizations, checkpoints and deadlines can also be handled easily within the application.
