ApPello Cash Management – painless cost reduction for Banks, the ApPello Solution is brought to a new level thanks to the related university researches


The Cashier and Cash Management solutions of ApPello have a history of more then 10 years now. Since then the company has been working continuously on improving these.

Our company made another huge step forward: with the help of our research partner, the Pannon University, new, more advanced functions have been implemented in the system, which allow for significant further optimization of depository stocks and transfers between the branches, based on historical data from the Bank.

During the analysis of various effects, we assess the anticipated cash needs with functions of 99,99% reliability. The functions applied also take daily, weekly, monthly and other seasonal effects into consideration.

The periodical back-testing of efficiency is also considered important: the applied functions automatically take the trends into consideration in line with the bank branch structure and customer habits changed in the meantime, thus they can be used universally for any bank or branch size, and independently from other factors as well.

Implementing the functions in the ApPello Solution, substantial efficiencies can be achieved by the optimization of cash stocks. The first tests already showed an additional 10-30% saving compared to previous solutions. Compared against the costs, this can provide a ROI as fast as half a year, even in the case of a smaller branch network.
