Instrument (account type, deposit type, loan type) definitions
All transaction modules of ApPello Front Office contain a product description file. The product definition marks both fixed parameters of the given transactions and those which can be changed in a certain domain. The Bank can freely set its own product structure in the type definition and can assign codes for the products. Later, when recording transactions, officers need only refer to each instrument by the defined product codes. Officers have the possibility to set changeable/changing parameters (e.g. maturity, client number), but they can only look at the non-changeable ones (e.g. interest rate). |
