The queue management system performs the automatic queuing and movement of debits arriving on the current accounts. The system is capable of handling, queuing and prioritising transactions involved in the overall banking architecture.
In addition, the system broadens the scope of services offered by the Bank to its clients and it meets the requirements of the decree on coverage shortage as a part of financial regulations.
When does a queue arise?
In case of a coverage shortage it it depends on the parameters which transaction type is at the beginning of the queue. Typically these are incoming Giro collections.
What sort of debits are in a queue?
In case of a queue the system lines up all debit type transactions according to the appropriate priority principles.
Coverage insurance guidelines according to which the usage priority in case of a queue is the following:
- Cover of the starting account
- Cover of the client's further accounts, deposits or other immediately usable cash instruments - even in different currency types.
